Sustainable Design & Procurement

Our products are designed with energy conservation in mind. LightCorp engineers consider the environmental and lifecycle impacts of our actions, from the product development stage through the execution of rigorous product evaluations. We prioritize the use of recyclable materials and strive to source materials ethically and responsibly.

Responsible Manufacturing

We endeavor to systematically conserve resources, eliminate waste, and reduce emissions to reduce our environmental impact in every aspect of our operations. LightCorp’s manufacturing processes are governed by an Environmental Management System (EMS) that is compliant with ISO 14001:2015. 

Our cross-functional Green Team and Sustainability Team meet once a quarter to discuss environmental aspects, impacts, and pollution prevention actions about our facility, products, and processes. These teams seek to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and laws, evaluate strategies to eliminate waste and coordinate environmental-related activities for our associates.

Community Involvement

LightCorp encourages associates to make a difference by providing up to eight paid hours per year to volunteer within our community, using their time to benefit a cause of their choice or participate in company-sponsored volunteer initiatives. We’re proud to volunteer and/or participate with local community organizations such as:
